The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.252/2017 of Police Station Kapasan, District Chittorgarh, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 366A, and under Section 5L/6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012/376(2)(N) IPC and under Section 16/17 of POCSO Act and under Section 3(1)(W)(1) & 3(2)(5) of SC/ST Act. He has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. after rejection of the first bail on 01.12.2017 by this court.
