Petitioner has filed these petitions seeking cancellation of bail granted to accused Harvindar, Gajendra Singh, Om Prakash and

Rajendra by learned Additional Sessions Judge in FIR No.258/2016 registered at Police Station Kathumar, District Alwar for offences under Sections 147, 323, 341, 451, 326 and 307 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the trial court has erred in granting anticipatory bail to the accused/respondents.
Learned counsel for the accused/respondents has submitted that no specific overt act has been attributed to the accused Harvindar, Gajendra, Om Prakash. So far as the accused Rajendra is concerned, he had also suffered injuries in the occurence. The said accused has also suffered firearm injuries. It is a case of version and cross version.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, no ground for cancellation of bail granted to accused Harvindar, Gajendra Singh, Omprakash and Rajendra by the learned Additional Sessions Judge is made out.
Both the petitions are dismissed.
