Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439(2) Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking cancellation of bail in F.I.R. No.207/2017 registered at Police Station Diholi, District Dholpur for offences under Sections 143, 323, 341, 307, 34 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
Although, some of the injured have suffered grievous

injuries, but the fact remains that respondents no.2 & 3 had also suffered injuries in the occurrence and now challan has already been presented in the court and respondent no.2 is regularly appearing before the trial court.
In these circumstances, no ground for cancellation of bail granted to respondents no.2 & 3 is made out.
