This contempt petition has been filed alleging contempt of order dated 4-9-2017 passed by this court as the petitioner has been transferred from Dausa to Lalsot vide order dated 5-3-2018 in the garb of working arrangement.
Mr.Ankur Srivastava, counsel for respondents has submitted that the petitioner has not been transferred from Dausa, which

remains his headquarter, but has only been assigned a particular work on temporary basis for recovery of outstanding arrears in Lalsot and areas in its vicinity. The said order will last only till 31-32018 and thereafter the petitioner will continuing working at Dausa itself, his place of posting continued under the court's interim order dated 4-9-2017. As such there no contempt of the order dated 4-92017 is made out and the petition based on a misapprehension actuated by lack of terminus to the working arrangement under order dated 5-3-2018. Counsel submitted that now the order dated 5-3-2018 will be rectified by providing for a terminus of 31-32018.
In the facts obtaining, it is apparent that no contempt is made out as the petitioner has only been temporarily assigned to Lalsot upto 31-3-2018 and his place of posting remain at Dausa.
The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed. Notices are discharged.
