The defendant shall be at liberty to lead his evidence on the additional issue subsequent to the completion of evidence of the respondent-plaintiff (hereinafter ‘plaintiff’) on the next date of hearing fixed before the Trial Court, in the event of evidence of the defendant having not yet been closed.
