Mr.Virendra Lodha Senior Counsel, at the outset submitted that direction of the Court to implement the award dated 21.6.2013 have been complied with and the petitioners have been allowed the pay-scale No.3 on the post of Driver following one year from the date of grant of special allowance to them pursuant to the order dated 17.1.1997, albeit subject to the outcome of SLP filed before the Apex Court.
Mr. Virendra Lodha further submitted that consequent to the order dated 15.3.2018 the amounts due to the petitioners shall also be paid within a period of four weeks from today.
In view of the submission made, the contempt petition

has obviously become infructuous.
Accordingly disposed of.
