Application has been filed for recalling/restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed on account of non-compliance of per-emptory order passed by the Court.
After taking note of the submissions, this Court is satisfied with the explanation furnished, duly supported by affidavit.
Accordingly, the restoration application stands allowed subject to depositing Rs.500/- by the applicant with the Secretary, Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur and on doing so the order shall stand recalled and the writ petition be restored to its original number.
