Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No.438/2015 registered at Police Station Vaishali Nagar, District Jaipur for offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of Indian Penal Code 1860.
Heard.
Prosecution story in brief is that the complainant had supplied goods to the petitioner and his co-accused. However, total thirty five cheques issued with regard to payment in the sum of Rs.44,65,141 were dishonoured. Petitioner is the uncle of co-accused Shreyans Jain.
Keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations
