Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No.142/10 registered at Police Station Jurhara, District Bharatpur, for offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 302 Indian Penal Code 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that co-accused, who were similarly situated, have been granted bail by this court.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioners surrender before the

concerned court within 10 days from today, the said Court
shall release the petitioners on bail subject to its satisfaction.
