The petitioner been filed this writ petition with a prayer for quashing the letter of intent dated 16.04.2012 (Annexure-1) issued by the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. in favour or respondent No.6 for establishment of retail outlet of petroleum products on Ajmer-Nagaur State Highway No.60. The petitioner has also prayed for quashing No Objection Certificate dated

09.06.2014 issued by the District Collector, Nagaur for the purpose of establishment of above mentioned retail outlet.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at length, this Court is of the opinion that the grievances raised by the petitioner in this writ petition can also be raised before the concerned authorities, which are in position to decide the said grievances in appropriate manner.
Hence, no case for interference is made out.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
