Matter comes up on Office Report dated 29.08.2017,
which shows that this Writ Restoration Application was listed before this Court on 07.07.2017 seeking restoration of SBCWP No. 1669/2017 . It is mentioned in the office report that the number of aforesaid writ petition has wrongly been mentioned in the title as well as in the order dated 07.07.2017 as
‘1689/2017’ , whereas it should be ‘1669/2017’.
It is noticed that this restoration application is filed on

behalf of the petitioner seeking restoration of SBCWP No.1669/2017 , which was dismissed in default on 04.05.2017 in compliance of the peremptory order of this Court dated 23.03.2017, however inadvertently, the number of said writ petition has been typed out as ‘1689/2017’ in the title as well as in the order dated 07.07.2017, which requires correction.
Hence, it is ordered that in the title as well as in the order dated 07.07.2017, in place of ‘1689/2017’ , ‘1669/2017’ may be read.
Office to proceed further.
