Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.339/2017, the Registry has pointed out a defect that, type copy of Annexure-5 is required to be produced. It is submitted that this Court on 09.03.2017 has granted one week’s time to remove the said defect, however, as there were six continuous holidays at that time, the petitioner has failed to submit the type copy of the said document.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that now type copy of Annexure-5 has already been filed.
Having considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners the instant restoration application is allowed and S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.339/2017 be restored to its original number.
