This application has been filed to seek revival of the

writ petition.

It is stated that the writ petition having different issue was decided along with bunch thus it may be detached and be revived.

I find the petitioner to be negligent as he failed to inform the Court that controversy involved in the writ petition is different thus be detached from the bunch, rather, the writ petition was argued by learned counsel treating it to be a part of the bunch. However, taking into consideration the fact that controversy involved in the writ petition is different, the writ petition is revived to its original number by recalling the order dated 26.09.2011 qua the present writ petition, however, it would be at the cost of Rs.2000/- to be deposited with the Rajasthan State Legal Service Authority within a period of fifteen days from today.
