Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the compromise have been arrived at between the parties and pursuant to that an amount of around Rs.6,50,000/- has been paid to the petitioner by the respondent No.4.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank has submitted that an excess amount of Rs.13,150/- was received in auction, which is liable to be paid to the petitioner for which a cheque bearing No.000014 has been executed in favour of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that he has received the aforementioned cheque from the counsel for the respondent-Bank. All the learned counsel for the parties have submitted that whatever the dispute raised in the writ petition has already been resolved and the grievance of the petitioner has also been resolved.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw these writ petitions.
In view of the above submissions, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
