A letter dated 15.10.2019 has been received from the Court of Additional Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, First Class, No.1, Beawar, Ajmer for extension of time granted by this court vide order dated 01.12.2017 to decide the pending suit.
For the reasons mentioned in the letter dated 15.10.2019, I deem it just and proper to extend the time granted by this court to decide the pending suit vide order dated 01.12.2017 for a further period of six months.
