Heard the counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order dated 23.08.2017 passed by Additional Session Judge, No.2, Bundi Camp Nainwa whereby the Appellate Court has declined to grant interim relief in civil miscellaneous appeal against the order dated 23.11.2016 passed on an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC.
I am of the considered view that it would be appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to the

Appellate Court to dispose of the civil miscellaneous appeal before it in which the opposite party has been served, within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
