The matter comes up on a letter no. 36 dated 8.8.2019
sent by the Addl. District & Sessions Judge No. 16, Jaipur
Metropolitan, for extending the period to decide the civil suit no. 222/2012 (31/2010) titled Rangoonwala vs. Moolchand over the time earlier fixed pursuant to order of this Court dated 7.12.2017 in SBCWP No. 18146/2017.
For the reason mentioned in the letter, the period for
deciding the civil suit is extended for three months from today.
The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to immediately
communicate this order to the concerned court.
