Perused the letter dated 13.3.2019 under the hand of
the Additional Senior Civil Judge and Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate No.5 cum Rent Tribunal, Jaipur Metropolitan. The
reasons to the delay in disposal of eviction application
No.626/2015 (518/2014) and in non-compliance of this Court’s
order dated 11.12.2017 passed in SBCWP No.18096/2017 are not
satisfactory. This court cannot comprehend why an application for
impleadment in the eviction petition is pending for the last three
months.

The Rent Tribunal is directed to hear the pending
eviction application if necessary day to day and dispose it of within
a period of two months from its receipt of this direction.
The time earlier granted by this Court under its order
dated 11.12.2017 in SBCWP No.18096/2017 stands extended
accordingly.
