Counsel pointed out that under interim order dated 28.08.2017 and 03.08.2017 respectively the petitioners’ wards of those covered by the ESIC were issued the requisite certificates and based thereon have been admitted to seats in the quota reserved for wards of those insured with the ESIC. It has been submitted that the writ petitions be accordingly disposed of.

Resultantly, the petitions are disposed of in terms of D.B. of the Kerala High Court in the case of W.A. No.1520/2017 in WP(c) 20558/2017 titled Bindu Radhakrishnan Vs. Employees State Insurance Corporation & Others.
