This writ petition has been filed to seek implementation of the order passed by the Board of Revenue. It is without seeking execution and even making a representation to the Collector to get mutation of the land in petitioners’ favour pursuant to the order passed by the Board of Revenue.
In view of the above, petitioners are directed to either seek execution of the order or make a representation to the Collector, who would take necessary decision for passing of the

instructions/ directions to the competent authority for mutation of the land unless the order passed by the Board of Revenue has been challenged by the State Government in the High Court.
