The matters are pending for effecting service on the

respondent accused for the last nearly three years. On 18.2.2016 this Court gave last opportunity to the petitioner to have the notice of the respondent served. Dasti notices were issued to the respondent. The report on the notice indicates that the respondent is not residing at the given address for the last 5 to 6 years. No
other address has been provided by the petitioner despite numerous opportunities.
In this background, I am of the opinion that the revisions are fit to be dismissed for want of prosecution and are dismissed as such.
