Learned counsel for the parties submit that these two revisions may be decided in the following terms, keeping in view the best interest of the child Manishikha as well as considering the

income of the respective spouses:

“(1) The order dated 12.6.2014 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.8, Jodhpur Metro in Cr.Misc.Case No.53/2010 to the extent, Shri Hemendra Singh was directed to make payment of Rs.1 lac to Smt.Veenu and Sushri Manishikha by way of compensation under Section 22 of the Domestic Violence Act shall stand quashed.

(2) Shri Hemendra Singh shall make payment of a sum of Rs.10,000/- per month to Sushri Manishikha by way of her monthly maintenance from today onwards.

(3) This order shall not prejudice the rights and obligations of either of the parties under any order passed by the competent court in other proceedings.”

Both these revisions are disposed of in these terms.

Record be returned forthwith.

A copy of this order be placed in both the files.
