Instant petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the complainant/petitioner praying interalia that a direction be issued to the

respondents to conduct fair, proper, impartial and expeditious investigation in a case arising out of FIR No. 10/2017, registered at Police Station Deoli Manjhi, Kota Rural offence under Sections 147, 447, 427, 323, 341, 379, 504 and 506 IPC.
The learned Public Prosecutor for the State, to allay the apprehension of the complainant/petitioner, at the out set, has submitted that if the investigation report is not submitted yet than not only fair investigation shall be conducted, but the report of investigation, along with the opinion of the Investigating Officer shall be submitted before the Magistrate having jurisdiction expeditiously.
The learned counsel appearing for the complainant/petitioner submitted that the present petition may be disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned Public Prosecutor for the State.
Ordered accordingly.
