Instant petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the complainant/petitioner praying interalia that a direction be issued to the respondents to conduct fair, proper, impartial and expeditious inquiry in a case arising out of FIR No. 59/2016, registered at Police Station Jurhara,

District Bharatpur for offences under Sections 143, 341, 323, 354 IPC.

Investigating Officer Mr. Rakesh Kumar, SHO, Police Station Kama, Bharatpur is present in person who submitted factual report of the matter through Learned PP Mr. Jitendra Shrimali which is taken on record.

Leanred PP Mr. Jitendra Shrimali submits that as per factual report initially investigation was conducted by Mr. Kesar Singh, SHO, Police Station Jurhara, Bharatpur who after investigation found that offence under Section 143, 323, 341, 354 and 307 IPC is made out against accused Nazar S/o Ratti, Shahid S/o Misroop, Aurangzeb @ Aurang S/o Sheorab, Aasu S/o Hurmat, Jamshed S/o Ratti and Mustak S/o Ratti. Thereafter accused party made a complaint, therefore investigation was handed over to present Investigating Officer for verification. Present Investigating Officer has already verified the investigation and he also reached on the conclusion that aforesaid offences are made out against aforesaid accused persons.

Learned PP further submits that 15 days time may be given so that after arrest of the accused persons report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. may be submitted before the competent Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the complainant/petitioner submitted that the present petition may be disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned Public Prosecutor for the State.
