Counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for grant of recognition for the teacher training course sought by the petitioner has been refused by the NRC in its 269th meeting held between 26.04.2017 to 02.05.2017. He prays that the petitioner therefore be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to take its remedy of an appeal under Section 18 of the N.C.T.E. Act 1993.
In view of the above submission made, the petition is dismissed for reasons of availability of alternative remedy of an appeal. In the event of appeal being filed, taking into consideration the fact that the matter pertains to the recognition of a teacher training course an inherently urgent matter, it be disposed of expeditiously.
