On the last occasion i.e. on 28.04.2017 counsel for the respondent had brought to the notice of the court that the Loan of the appellant stands waived by the respondent as it was below 2 lack.
Counsel for the appellant earlier sought time to ascertain this fact and today accepts the factum that the loan in fact has been waived.
Accordingly, the said appeal become infructuous and dismissed.
