The matter comes up for consideration of application Nos.147/2017, 143/2017, 146/2017, 141/2017, 142/2017, 144/2017 and 145/2017 for withdrawal of these criminal misc. petitions.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that various litigations of criminal and civil nature were pending between the parties and the matter went up to the Hon’ble Supreme Court, where the parties had entered into compromise, which was recorded by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide its order dated 22.7.2016 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.1447/2016.

In view of the fact that the matter has already been compromised between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioners, without arguing on merits, wants to withdraw these criminal misc. petitions.
Learned counsel for the private respondents has also submitted that the dispute has already been compromised between the parties.
In view of the above, the application Nos.147/2017, 143/2017, 146/2017, 141/2017, 142/2017, 144/2017 and 145/2017 are allowed and these criminal misc. petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
Stay petitions are also dismissed.
