These criminal misc. petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. have been filed by the petitioners with a prayer for quashing the FIR No.435/2016 of Police Station, Merta, District Nagaur.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as on till date the police is not found the involvement of the petitioners in

commission of crime, therefore, he does not want to press this criminal misc. petition at this stage, however, seeks liberty for the petitioners to approach this Court if occasion arise.
Accordingly, these criminal misc. petitions are dismissed as
not pressed with the liberty as prayed for.
Stay petitions also stand dismissed.
