These criminal misc. petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. have been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue a direction to the police authorities to conduct fair investigation into the allegations levelled in the FIR No.171/2016 dated 20.09.2016 of Police Station, Boranada, District Jodhpur.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report, wherein it is mentioned that after thorough investigation into the allegations levelled in the aforesaid FIR, the police has filed negative final report in the Court of ACMM No.5, Jodhpur Metropolitan on 21.12.2016.
In view of the fact that the police has already filed negative final report in the FIR No.171/2016 dated 20.09.2016 of Police Station, Boranada, District Jodhpur, no further order is required to be passed in these criminal misc. petitions. The same are, therefore, dismissed.
However, the petitioner will be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy against the negative final report filed by the police.
