Petitioner has filed this 2nd petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.316/2016 registered at Police Station Sanganer Sadar, District Jaipur, for offence under Sections 420 & 406 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
As per the prosecution story, petitioner executed agreement to sell with regard to five plots in favour of the complainant and took Rupees seventy two lacs. However, petitioner was not the owner of the property in question.
Keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
