Heard learned counsel for the complainant-appellant as also learned Public Prosecutor and perused the judgment impugned dated 27.05.2017, whereby the accused-respondents have been acquitted for the offence under Sections 341, 307/149 IPC by giving benefit of doubt.
It has been stated that the accused-respondents have preferred an appeal against their conviction for the offences under Sections 148, 323, 325 and 325/149 IPC.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, leave to appeal is granted.
Office is directed to treat this Criminal Leave to Appeal as Criminal Appeal and proceed accordingly.
