Heard on the application for revival of the contempt petition as compliance is alleged to have not been made.
After hearing the parties, I find reason to revive the contempt petition, as it needs consideration because of rival statements of the parties. According to the petitioner, compliance has not been made, whereas, learned Additional Advocate General Mr.SK Gupta submits that compliance has already been made. It

can be considered only in the contempt petition.
In view of the above, the contempt petition is ordered to be revived to its original number and be listed on 19th September, 2017.
