Investigating Officer Mr. Balveer Singh, SI, SHO, Police Station Halena, District Bharatpur is present in person who submitted factual report of the matter through learned Public Prosecutor Mr. Jitendra Shrimali which is taken on record.
Learned Public Prosecutor Mr. Jitendra Shrimali submits that after investigation charge-sheet for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 365 and 452 IPC has been submitted on 23.09.2014 before the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Weir District Bharatpur.
In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this misc. petition has become infructuous. He wants to raise all the issues before the Trial Court at appropriate stage, therefore, with the aforesaid liberty this misc. petition may be disposed off.
Since charge-sheet has already been filed, therefore, with liberty as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioners, the misc. petition is disposed off.
