The present contempt petition has been filed against ex parte order dt.9.7.2010.
It is brought to the notice of the court that the SBCWP No.8364/2010 has been decided by this court vide order dt.9.2.2011. The ex parte order passed by this court of which contempt petition has been filed stands merged in the order dt.9.2.2011 and on account of changed circumstances, the contempt petition does not survive and accordingly dismissed. Notices stand discharged.
