Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.209/2014 registered at Police Station Baroni (Tonk), for offences u/S. 420, 467, 468 and 471 Indian Penal Code 1860.
Prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner and his co-accused in connivance with each other welded chassis number of Truck No.RJ-26-GA-1886 on Truck No.RJ19-GB-9297. So far as petitioner Jagdish Lal Bairwa is concerned he was the Inspector, who had made necessary
report after inspecting the vehicle at the time of its registration.
Keeping in view the allegations levelled against
the petitioner, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out. Dismissed.
