State of Rajasthan & Ors. decided vide order dated 26th July, 2016 . The representation aforesaid may be considered and decided by the respondents in the light of the judgment supra.
In view of the limited prayer, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. In case of representation along with the copy of the judgment supra, respondents are directed to consider and decide it in the light of the directions given in the judgment supra, if it applies to the facts of this case.
