the petitioner, after having argued the matter at some length, has prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy available to him in accordance with the provisions of law.
As prayed, present petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
Consequent upon dismissal of the main petition, stay application filed therewith does not survive and the same is also
