Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of
Criminal Procedure 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.101/2016
registered at Police Station Sadar Hindun, District Karauli for offence under Section 8/18 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
Heard.
Petitioner is in custody since 1.03.2016. Challan has
already been presented in the court. Co-accused Raman Lal has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 2.08.2016.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits
of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
