This bail application has been filed under Section 439 CrPC. ~rief facts of the case are that an FIR No.11/2016 was lodged at police Station GRP Gangapur city for the offences mentioned therein, whereupon the i nvestigation was commenced. ~uri ng the course of investigation, the peti tioner/s was/were arrested. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and carefully perused the relevant material on record. ~ooking to the facrs and circumstances of the case, but without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, 1 deem just and proper to en1 arge the peti ti oner/s on bai 1 .

with aforesaid FIR provided he/she/they furni sh(es) a personal bond of RS. 2,00,000/with two sureties of RS. 1,00,000/each to the satisfaction of the trial court with the fol1 owi ng condi ti ons :

(i) that the accused peti ti oner/s wi 11 appear before the SHO concerned twice in a month ti11 six months for hi s/thei r personal appearance.

(ii) that the concerned SHO shall mark attendance of accused peti tioner/s in Rojnamcha, and if the peti ti oner/s fai l/s to appear before the concerned ~oli ce station, the SHO is di rected to inform the PP. The learned PP shall move an agpl i cation under section 439(2) Cr. P.C for cancellation of bail of the petitioner/s in accordance with law;

(iii) that the concerned trial court or the Magistrate where the bail bonds are submitted by the petitioner/s shall send the copy of this order to the concerned SHO immediately;

(iv) that the accused petitioner/s shall appear before the concerned trial court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
