Mr. R.P. Singh, Sr. Counsel with Mr. Manvendra Singh, for the applicants/petitioners. Mr. R.K. Agarwal Sr. Counsel with Ms. Sunita Pareek, for the nonapplicants/respondents.
Mr. R.K. Agarwal Sr. Counsel along with Ms. Sunita Pareek, has caused appearance for the non-applicant/respondents Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd.
This court on 6.9.2016 had passed the following order:-
“Mr. P.Chidambaram, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner has concluded the arguments. The court time is already over. Mr. Mr. Kartik Seth counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that Mr. Gopal Subramanium the learned Senior Counsel shall advance arguments on the next date to be fixed by the court.
Mr. Gopal Subramanium the learned Senior Counsel has assured this Court that tenders will be opened tomorrow and thereafter, no final decision shall be taken thereupon without the leave of the court.
List for further proceedings on 14.9.2016.”
Mr. R.K. Agarwal counsel for the non-applicants has submitted that as stated earlier on 6.9.2016, by Mr. Gopal Subramanium, no final decision in pursuance to the bids received shall be taken till 21.10.2016, to enable the petitioners/applicants to file appeal against the judgment dated 4.10.2016 rendered by this Court.
In view of above, the application (389/2016) stands disposed of.
