The petitioner has alleged disobedience and non compliance of the order dated 24.09.2012 passed by the Single Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11882/ 2012 wherein, inter alia , it was directed that in case services of the petitioner had been discontinued and new hands have been engaged, the respondents would continue the services of the petitioner in preference to new and fresh hands. It was also directed that the replacement of the petitioner should not be through a person, who is appointed on contract.
In response to notice, the respondents have filed reply wherein it is stated that the petitioner was working at Community Health Service, Sarmathura and he was replaced by regularly selected Pharmacist vide order dated 21.07.2012. It is further stated that the Government has selected and appointed 1343 persons on the post of Pharmacist.
