In the instant petition preferred under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, a grievance has been made by the petitioner that the order dated 20.03.2014 passed by ld. Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ petition No.693/2014 has not been complied with. Hence, respondents be punished for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
A perusal of the order dated 20.03.2014 passed by Coordinate Bench in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.693/2014, reveals that the Standing Committee of Panchayat Samiti, Deoli was directed to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner within thirty-days. It was further ordered that in case the petitioner is aggrieved of the order passed by ld. Appellate Court, she may approach the Deputy Director, Woman & Child Development Department for redressal of her grievance.
Mr. B.K. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, has submitted that the appeal preferred by the

petitioner has been decided.
Since there is a substantial compliance of the order
passed by this Court, present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
