In the present writ petition, prayer has been made that since the result of re-evaluation has not been declared, therefore, petitioners may be permitted to provisionally appear in the examination to be held in the year 2006 for BAMS Second Year.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.3 has submitted that the re-evaluation result was declared and the petitioner no.1 was declared pass, but the petitioner no.2 had failed. Therefore, only the petitioner no.1 was allowed to appear in BAMS Second Year Examination, 2006. The learned counsel for the respondent further submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioners having passed the examinations, have moved ahead in life and the present petition has rendered infructuous.
The learned counsel for the petitioners is not present to controvert the statement made by the learned counsel for the

respondent. Hence, the present writ petition is disposed of, having been
rendered infructuous.
