Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and instead avail the alternative remedy under Section 9-A of the Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950.
Permission as sought is granted.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Stay application also stands dismissed. In the event of an appeal being filed by the petitioner within five days from today, it be disposed of by the Appellate Authority by a reasoned order within 10 days thereafter.
