This restoration application has been filed for restoration of the writ petition, which stands dismissed in terms of the per-emptory order dated 21.7.14 passed by this court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of an inadvertent error, the notices could not be filed within the time granted by this court. It is submitted that now the requisites have already been put in.
In this view of the matter, in the interest of justice, the restoration application is allowed.
The writ petition is restored to its original number.
