The matter comes up on two applications preferred on behalf of the petitioner; one for taking the legal representatives of the deceased-petitioner on record and another for withdrawal of the petition.
The application (IA No.839/15) is allowed. The legal respresentatives of the deceased-petitioner are taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's loan account stands settled under the 'One Time Settlement Scheme' and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for consideration of this court.
Accordingly, the application (IA No.838/15) is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
