This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging disobedience of the order dated 8.12.14 passed by this Court in SBCW No.8944/14.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order dated 8.12.14 disobedience whereof, is alleged in the contempt petition stands set aside by Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.7.15 passed in D.B.Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.288/15.
In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration of this Court in this contempt petition. The contempt proceedings are dropped. Notices are discharged.
