By an interim order dated 16.06.2014, the learned Single Bench directed the appellant-respondent to provisionally admit the students for MDS Course to seven specialities for the Academic Session 2014-15 in accordance with the norms laid down. The provisional admissions as directed are kept subject to the final decision of the writ petition with remark of caution that same shall not confer any right on the students so admitted. To challenge the interim order aforesaid, this appeal is preferred.
Prima facie, looking to the nature of the order, we are not inclined to interfere with the same. In addition to above, it is pointed out by learned counsel for the respondent institution that the executive committee of the Dental Council of India has already decided to regularize admissions of the students who are pursuing MDS Courses since the academic sessions of 2013-14 and

2014-15. The decision said to be taken by the Executive Committee has not been disputed by the counsel for the appellant.
In view of above, we do not find any just reason to interfere with the order impugned. The appeal is dismissed accordingly. However, dismissal of the appeal in no manner shall adversely effect the rights of Union of India to appeal, if that choose to challenge the order impugned by availing appropriate remedy.
