The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, however submits that the Trial Court may be directed to
decide the suit expeditiously.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the permission to withdraw the present petition is granted. However, the Trial Court shall dispose of the suit as far as possible within one year from the date of receipt of this order. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. By this
order, the stay application also stands dismissed.
