Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
Learned Senior Counsel Mr. Sanjeev Prakash Sharma for the applicant/ s-respondent/ s has placed on record at AnnexureA/ 6, the order dated 28.04.2015 passed by the Chief Personnel Officer, withdrawing the promotion order dated 04.09.2013, in compliance of the order dated 02.12.2014 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition Nos.16817/ 2013 and 16644/ 2013. Mr. Sharma has further requested to grant four months time to complete the exercise of scrutinizing the ACR's and pass the orders of promotion afresh to the post of UDC in further compliance of the order passed by this Court. Learned counsel Mr. Punit Singhvi for the petitioners has objected to the said request by submitting that sufficient time was already granted by the Court.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the Court had vide order dated 02.12.2014 already granted four months time to constitute the DPC afresh and pass the orders of promotion afresh, however considering the request

made by the learned counsel Mr. Sharma, the time to constitute the DPC and to pass orders of promotion is extended upto 15.08.2015. It is clarified that no further time shall be extended thereafter. The application stands disposed of accordingly. By this order, the pending applications if any, also stand disposed of.
